Allows deletion of inactive or non-existent users. This is helpful, for example, if you have a 100 user license, you are approaching the user limit, and some of the users are no longer needed. This makes space for other new users under the same licensing.
SMOP gives you maximum flexibility in how the reset password function is implemented. This area allows the administrator to choose between different behavior that control how the Active Directory passwords are reset.
