SMOP is a product that empowers you with the ability to manage your own Active Directory passwords
SMOP can help you be more productive in the following scenarios:
Forgotten Password: If you forget your password, go to the SMOP User Web Page, click on "Reset Password", identify yourself by answering your secret questions, and reset your password. It's that simple!
Account locked out: If your account gets locked out (too many unsuccessful login attempts or some other reason), you can unlock your account using SMOP. You go to the SMOP User Web Page, click on "Unlock Account", identify yourself by answering your secret questions, and unlock your account by providing your new password. That's it!
Change Password (via the Web): Sometimes, all you need to do is change your password, and SMOP can help do this for you as well. There are times when it is easier for you to change your password through the Web than through the normal process in Windows. SMOP can take care of this. Just click on the "Change Password", give your old password, and give your new password. Cool!
Mobile Interface: SMOP now has a new separate user interface optimized for mobile devices and handhelds.
