Using SMOP is a very simple process, involving two phases:
Enrollment (Registration):
Before users can use SMOP to unlock their account or change their password, the user must complete a simple enrollment process.
The number of questions that need to be answered (minimum and maximum) are set by the SMOP Administrator.
Unlocking Account / Resetting Password:
After the user has enrolled, any time the need arises:
User has forgotten his/her password
User account has gotten locked out (possibly because of forgotten password)
User wants to change his/her password through the web
All of these things can be automatically handled by going to the SMOP User Page!
